PDU receives automobile engines sponsored by ThaCo Chu Lai

This sponsor activity is under the Memmorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Pham Van Dong University and ThaCo Chu Lai.

The Ceremony is also an opportunity for the two sides to review the cooperation results in 2023 and develop plan for 2024.

Pham Van Dong University (PDU) and ThaCo Chu Lai signed an official MOU on April 22, 2022 in fields such as cooperation in human resource training, scientific research and technology transfer, students recruitment, and sponsoring equipment for teaching.

In 2023, ThaCo Chu Lai coordinated with PDU  to implement activities, including participating in the Graduation Project Evaluation Council of PDU , recruiting and receiving students after graduation, sponsoring the PDU 's 15th Anniversary, and sharing recruitment information for Laotian students.

The rector of PDU , Tran Dinh Tham, informed about the university's achievements in 2023. He emphasized that PDU  is the choice of not only Quang Ngai students but also students from other provinces such as Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Da Nang and Laos.

In addition, PDU has expanded cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign universities such as Hanoi National University, Da Nang University, Ton Duc Thang University; the Technical University of Ostrava and Tomas Bata University in Zlin of the Czech Republic.

PDU  also signed comprehensive cooperation agreements with many businesses such as Vietcombank, Vietinbank Quang Ngai, ThaCo Chu Lai, FPT Central Software Company, and Quang Ngai Provincial Tourism Association.

In 2024, PDU  will open 4 new training majors, including Automotive Engineering Technology.

Speaking at the ceremony, Representative Office’s Director of ThaCo Chu Lai Bui Tran Nhan Tri expressed his honor to sponsor teaching equipment for PDU  as this is the first step in the cooperation between the two sides.

In the coming time, ThaCo Chu Lai pledges to support PDU ’s students to intern at ThaCo College, recruit graduates and continue to sponsor teaching equipment for the university.

In 2024, Tri hoped that the two sides will develop a specific cooperation plan basing on the cooperation results in 2023 and the contents of the signed MOU.
