To improve the PAR INDEX, SIPAS index in 2024

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Tran Hoang Tuan, has requested departments and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to improve the Public Administrative Reform (PAR) Index, the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) index in 2024. They are directed to: 
Organize propaganda and thoroughly understand the meaning and importance of the results of the PAR INDEX and SIPAS Index of the province.
Proactively research and have specific solutions to improve the scores of administrative reform criteria and component criteria and factors measuring people's satisfaction.
Analyze, evaluate and clarify the causes of points and downgrades in the fields of administrative reform mentioned in the Report No. 84/BC-SNV dated April 22, 2024 of the Department Home affairs.
Study the recommendations in Clause 2 Section II, Part III of 02 Reports enclosed with Decision No. 273/QD-BNV, 272/QD-BNV dated April 10, 2024 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, thereby proposing and having documents to implement specific solutions to overcome and improve the criteria, component criteria.
The results of PAR index in 2023
The Department of Home Affairs will assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies in evaluating the implementation of tasks and corrective solutions of agencies, units and localities in order to improve the PAR INDEX AND SIPAS in the province in 2024.
Results of the People's Satisfaction with the Service of Public Administrations (SIPAS 2023)
According to the results of the PAR INDEX in 2023, Quang Ngai province has a total score of 87.33%, increasing 1.3% compared to 2022 (86.03%).
It ranked 27/63 provinces and cities in the country and 7/14 provinces and cities in the Central Coast region.
