PPC's vice chairman, Tran Phuoc Hien, asks relevant leaders to create favorable conditions for VSIP Quang Ngai Co., Ltd

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC), Tran Phuoc Hien, on May 7 met with leaders of relevant departments and localities about the first-stage construction and operation of infrastructure in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park II (VSIP II project) 
Invested by the VSIP Quang Ngai Co., Ltd, the 50-year project will sit on a site of 497.7ha located in the Dung Quat Economic Zone, the central province of Quang Ngai.
At the meeting, the investor's representatives reported on the preparation for the groundbreaking ceremony of VSIP II.
They also released some difficulties and obstacles.
They requested Quang Ngai province to support the definitive settlement of the project's connection with National Highway 1A and soon complete the resettlement area for relocated households.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien highly appreciated the contribution of VSIP Quang Ngai in the socio-economic development of the province.
Hien asked relevant leaders to create favorable conditions for VSIP Quang Ngai to develop in the locality.
They are requested to coordinate and support VSIP in preparing the groundbreaking ceremony of VSIP II on schedule.
For the investor's proposals, Hien assigned specific tasks to each department, agency and locality.
The Department of Transport and VSIP Quang Ngai were directed to work with the Ministry of Transport to connect the Project to National Highway 1A.
