PPC's vice chairman met with leaders of Thien Tan Quang Ngai Co., Ltd

On August 2, Mr. Vo Phien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting to listen to and consider and resolve the recommendations of Thien Tan Quang Ngai BOT Co., Ltd. 
At the meeting, Thien Tan Quang Ngai BOT Co., Ltd. raised the difficulties and obstacles of enterprises in tax policy when applying Decree 20/2017/ND-CP and Decree 132/2020/ND-CP of the Government on associated transactions for BOT projects in Quang Ngai.
The company proposes the Provincial People's Committee to consider and propose the competent authorities based on the actual situation of enterprises.
Through the recommendations of investors and opinions of the departments and branches attending the meeting, Mr. Vo Phien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed the Provincial Tax Department to study, accompany and support to solve the legitimate proposals of enterprises.
They proactively advise the Provincial People's Committee to propose the central ministries and branches to remove obstacles related to mechanisms and policies that are directly affecting the operation of enterprises in the province, etc.
