The number of newly established enterprises in the first quarter of 2024 was 175, an increase of 27.7% over the same period.
Total registered capital was VND 1,006.4 billion.
They included: 5 joint stock companies, 37 limited liability companies with 2 or more members, and 133 single-member limited liability companies.
In addition, 59 new branches, representative offices registered.
