Plan for seas and oceans communication

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued the Plan No. 116/KH-UBND on sea and ocean communication by 2030 in Quang Ngai province. 
The Plan aims to raise awareness, associated with diversifying forms and contents of communication following the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws on sea and islands.
The plan sets out the goal that by 2025, 100% of press agencies in the province will have specialized pages about the sea and ocean on information products of agencies and units.
100% of reporters, editors, technicians, leaders of press agencies, people who work in information and propaganda on issues related to the sea and ocean at press and media agencies at the provincial and district levels and grassroots information officers are trained and updated on the system of policies, laws, and basic knowledge about the sea and ocean every year.
By 2030, 100% of educational institutions in the general education system will conduct communication activities about the sea and ocean through extracurricular activities.
Striving for more than 80% of mass organizations, socio-political organizations at all levels, state-owned enterprises to participate in communication activities about the sea and ocean, etc.
