More than 1,600 billion VND assigned to the implementation of the new rural construction program

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 845/QD-UBND assigning the medium-term public investment plan for the period of 2021-2025 with central and local budget capital to implement the National Target Program on building new rural areas and a number of other programs. 
The total cost is over 1,644.53 billion VND, of which the Central Government budget is 429.53 billion VND, and the provincial budget is 1,215 billion VND.
Based on the capital plan, the departments, branches and localities will assign the capital plan; arrange adequate reciprocal capital from the local budget; integrate capital sources and implement solutions to mobilize other resources in the locality to implement the Program according to regulations.
Priority shall be given to allocating sufficient capital for completed and transitional projects.
They only allocate capital for new start-up projects after allocating sufficient capital for transitional projects.
They will guide and inspect the implementation units of the projects in accordance with the law in order to ensure the objectives of the Program.
