Health equipment worth nearly VND 526 million donated to Binh Son District Health Center

The equipment worth nearly VND 526 million was donated by Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Doosan Vina) and Chung Ang University Hospital, Korea (CAU). 

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vo Phien, thanked the support of units for the health sector of Quang Ngai province., This medical equipment is very meaningful to better serve the examination and treatment of people.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated Doosan Vina for continuing to produce and do business effectively.

In the coming time, he requested them to continue supporting equipment and training doctors to improve the quality of examination and treatment for people of the province.

He also asked them to transfer science and technology to provincial doctors for a better treatment. 

At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Binh Son District Health Center in particular and the provincial health sector in general to effectively use the supported equipment.

Reportedly, this is the 13th charity medical program in Quang Ngai jointly implemented by Doosan Vina and Chung Ang University Hospital, Korea (CAU).

The program takes place in 5 days, from January 15 to 19, 2024 with two main activities: free medical examination for 1,500 people and donation of medical equipment to Binh Son District Health Center with a total value of about VND 1.9 billion. 

In the 13th charity health program, doctors of Chung Ang University Hospital will provide free medical examination, consultation and medicine distribution to about 1,500 people in Binh Son district and Tra Bong district.

In particular, Doosan Vina provides shuttle buses from the meeting point to the medical examination place to contribute to ensuring the safety of people during the journey.
