The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Letter No. 6174/UBND-KGVX directing the implementation of Resolution No. 103/NQ-CP dated August 11, 2022 of the Government, Decision No. 24/2022/QD-TTg dated August 11, 2022. November 29, 2022 of the Prime Minister stipulates the implementation of policies to support administrators, teachers and employees in non-public preschool and primary education institutions facing difficulties due to Covid-1 pandemic. 
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to urgently study the Resolution and implement in accordance requirements.
It is requested to report to the Provincial People's Committee the implementation results.
The Department of Education and Training shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Department of Finance in, guiding, monitoring, inspecting and urging the implementation of the above policy in localities; be responsible for summarizing and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee the results of implementation in the province.
The Department of Finance urgently research and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider, direct and guide the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in using funds to implement policies to support administrators, teachers, staff in non-public preschool and primary education institutions facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic in accordance with regulations before December 10, 2022.
