To provide free health check-up and medicine to ethnic minorities people

On October 22, a delegation of the Military Command Region 5 led by Major General Truong Thien To - Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 5 visited and provided free medicine for 350 ethnic minorities people in Ba Thanh commune, Ba To district, Quang Ngai province. 
The delegation also gave 153 gifts to people with meritorious services and poor households, 10 bicycles for studious students to overcome difficulties.
The total funding for gifts and bicycles is nearly VND 140 million from the sponsorship of agencies and units.
Also in the morning of October 22, the delegation of Duc Pho town (Quang Ngai) organized free medical examination and provided medicine for policy families and poor households in Nuoc Ne village, Ba Vinh commune, Ba To district.
The delegation examined and provided medicine to 125 people with meritorious services and poor households, and gave more than 130 gifts to ethnic minorities with the total funding of nearly VND 60 million.
