To deploy the Action Month for Chidren 2023

The Provincial People's Committee requested departments, associations – unions, and People's Committees of districts, town, and city to develop a plan to implement the Action Month for Children 2023 with the theme “Joining hands to reduce harm to children”. 
According to the Plan, the Action Month for Children 2023 will be started from June 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023 with activities focusing on supporting and taking care of children; strengthen the participation right of children; organize safe and healthy summer vacation activities for children.
The Provincial People's Committee requested that the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to develop a plan to organize the launching ceremony of the Action Month for Children 2023; organize a provincial children's forum with the theme "Children participate in building a safe, friendly, and healthy living environment"; mobilize resources to support disadvantaged children; and organize cultural, art, and entertainment activities for children. Coordinating with relevant authorities to promptly handle cases of violence and child abuse; strictly handle agencies, organizations, and individuals that conceal, fail to notify, or denounce cases of violations of children's rights.
