Students across the province will be absent from school from September 27 to avoid storms

On September 25, Director of the Department of Education and Training Nguyen Ngoc Thai said that the Department of Education and Training allowed students in the whole province to leave school to avoid typhoon No. 4 
They will be absent from September 27 until there is a new notice.
The Department of Education and Training requires schools to mobilize forces to: prevent classrooms, schools; transfer documents, teaching equipment and supplies to a safe place; organize 24/24 hours to receive the task of the competent authority on storm prevention and control No. 4.
Schools coordinate with local authorities to arrange rooms and classes for people to avoid storms; do not let students, teachers, staff go out when the storm hits.
