Quang Ngai implements meaningful activities for children during summer holiday

Responding to the Month of Action for Children 2023 with the theme "Joining hands to reduce harm to children", from June 1 to 30, Quang Ngai province will implement many practical and meaningful activities for children to have a safe and happy summer.
Accordingly, the main activities focus on:
- Supporting and taking care of children; strengthening children's participation right; safe summer activities…
- Promoting mobilization of organizations, businesses, individuals and society to support and take care of children in remote areas, ethnic minority areas and children who are victims of abuse and violence;
- Giving gifts, scholarships and supporting medical examination and treatment for poor children, ethnic minority children, children with special circumstances, orphans and children affected by the Covid-19 epidemic;
- Building schools, classrooms, boarding houses, entertainment sites…
- Actively implementing solutions and activities to prevent and combat abuse, violence and children drowning prevention and control;
- Timely detecting and taking measures for children at risk of injuries to ensure the safety of children during the summer holiday.
