In order to complete the new rural construction plan, proactively disburse the investment capital plan in 2019, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of the districts and city to urge the communes to accelerate the completion of the project.
They urgently complete payment documents to send to the State Treasury and disburse all the capital plans already allocated under the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Letter No. 5363 / UBND-NNN of September 27, 2019.
He requested the Quang Ngai State Treasury to continue disbursement of the capital plan in 2019. For new projects starting in 2018, capital will be transferred in 2019 until the end of the disbursement period of investment capital in 2019.
