The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct specialized departments, agencies, functional agencies and the People's Committees of communes, wards and townships to regularly inspect and control the situation.

They are requested to prevent and strictly handle organizations and individuals that illegally hunt, buy, sell, transport, captive, slaughter, trade, and possess wild animals.

They strengthen propaganda, education and dissemination of legal provisions on management, control and conservation of wild animals and birds to all classes of people.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is responsible for directing specialized agencies to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to strengthen inspection, prevent and strictly handle violations of hunting, catching, trading and transporting wild animals according to regulations.

They step up the propaganda, dissemination and education of the law on protection of wild animals and birds to agencies, units, organizations, households and people in the locality, etc.

Provincial police strengthen the management and use of hunting guns, homemade guns, electric injection tools...; thoroughly handle organized crime lines in illegal trading, stockpiling, hunting, transporting, exporting and importing wild animals according to regulations; assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications and relevant units in, inspecting and handling illegal acts of advertising and trading in wild animals and birds in the online environment,.
