To quickly deploy some construction works

The Chairman of the People's Committee has recently approved the construction of emergency works to repair damaged roads caused by rains and floods from October 30, 2023 to December 5, 2023. 
The Department of Transport is assigned to be responsible for proactively deploying and immediately performing the tasks of ensuring traffic, preventing major damages arising, sabotaging works, and disrupting traffic on the route.
They will carry out excavation and clearing of soil and rockslides and treatment and remediation of erosion.
Especially, the Chairman requested them to ensure traffic and environmental safety during the construction process.
The investor is responsible for organizing construction management and supervision, accurately checking the volume, unit price, distance of transporting materials, and ensuring timely and effective disaster recovery.
The contractor is directed to expeditiously construct and complete the work by February 15, 2024.
It will organize the preparation and completion of the dossier of completion of the project, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval according to regulations.
