To promote the development and use of national digital platforms

• Preside over the monitoring, exploitation and use of national digital platforms managed by state agencies.
• Focus on deploying and monitoring, exploiting and using national digital platforms managed by the enterprise related to the management of the unit.
• Promote the development and put the national digital platforms into use;
• Guide agencies, units, localities, organizations and citizens on exploitation and use; propose an implementation plan in line with the development roadmap of national digital platforms.
• Advise the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate mechanisms and policies to prioritize the use of promoting the development of national digital platforms according to the scope of assigned tasks.
• Research and propose a national digital platform suitable to local needs and local digital platforms, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
• Update and coordinate to comply with the requirements and instructions of central ministries and branches in building and developing digital platforms of industries and fields to accelerate digital transformation in each industry and field.

The Department of Information and Communications shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant departments, agencies and units in advising and proposing mechanisms and policies to prioritize the use of synchronous national digital platforms with the construction and development of local databases and digital platforms to accelerate the process of digital transformation and development of digital government, digital economy and digital society in the province.

It will assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies and units in, advising the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve the contents and plans to implement the implementation of the national digital platform in the province and the province's digital platform according to regulations.
