To offer 300 scholarships to poor students

On October 20, the Fund for Children of Quang Ngai province awarded 300 scholarships to students with special and difficult circumstances in Binh Son, Ly Son, Minh Long, Ba To and Son Ha, Son Tay, Son Tinh, Tra Bong, Quang Ngai city and Duc Pho town.
Accordingly, each scholarship worth VND 1 million with a total budget of VND 300 million sponsored by the Vietnam Children's Protection Fund.
