The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has promulgated the Plan to implement the management and protection of forests and forest fire prevention and fighting in the province, in the period of 2022 - 2030. 
Accordingly, it is required to regular and effective coordinate with departments, branches and localities in organizing and implementing forest management and protection and forest fire prevention and fighting.
Work contents must be associated with responsibilities, promoting the active and active role of state management agencies at provincial and district levels.
They are requested to regularly and promptly inspect, urge and guide the removal and settlement of problems and difficulties arising during the implementation process.
Chairpersons of district-level People's Committees shall strictly organize the implementation of regulations and responsibilities for forest management and protection and fire prevention and fighting in order to minimize damages caused by forest fires, deforestation.
The Forest Protection Force, based on its assigned functions and tasks, is responsible for advising the authorities at all levels to organize the implementation of forest management and protection.
It will regularly coordinate with forest rangers and local authorities to strengthen patrols, inspection, control and crackdown on those who commit acts of deforestation, illegal exploitation of forest products, encroachment and exploitation of forest products illegal use of forest land.
It strictly implements the management and protection of forests and forest fire prevention and fighting on the assigned area.
Each department, branch, locality, and forest owner is an organization that actively sets out specific plans for effective implementation of forest management and protection and forest fire prevention and fighting.
