QNgP - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Letter No. 3406/UBND-KGVX requesting the heads of the provincial departments and agencies, Chairman of the People's Committees of the districts, town and city to focus on implementing a number of key contents to organize activities on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day. 
Strengthen the propaganda of policies of the Party and the State on the work of taking care of people with meritorious services to the revolution; promote the movement of the whole people to participate in the gratitude work; carry out gratitude movements such as: building gratitude houses; take care of and help seriously wounded soldiers, old and lonely martyrs' fathers and mothers; take care of the heroic Vietnamese Mothers...
Timely payment of preferential regimes for people with meritorious services as prescribed; guide and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing preferential regimes and policies for policy people.
Organize delegations to visit and encourage policy families; gave gifts of the President and the province to the policy people before July 27, 2023.
Organize the ceremony of offering incense, flowers, and lighting candles to pay tribute to martyrs at martyrs' cemeteries across the province on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day.
