To award scholarships for poor students

On October 14, Viettel Quang Ngai coordinated with Ba To district to organize a scholarship award ceremony "Because I am studious" for disadvantaged students in the district. 
At the ceremony, Viettel Quang Ngai awarded 170 scholarships worth VND 02 million each to 170 students in 17 disadvantaged communes of Ba To district.
The total amount is VND 340 million.
The Program "Because I am studious" is organized by Viettel with the collaboration of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Vietnam Study Promotion Association within 10 years, from 2014 to 2024. After 8 years of program implementation, Quang Ngai were supported more than 5,000 scholarships with the amount awarded nearly VND 5 billion.
* Previously, the Education and Training Department of Nghia Hanh district, the Study Promotion Association of Nghia Hanh district, in collaboration with the Provincial Study Promotion Association, awarded 17 scholarships to 17 poor students in the district.
