Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Minh said that, the Provincial Border Guard performed well the assigned political tasks, especially in controlling, handling, and minimizing the situation of fishermen illegally fishing and exploiting seafood; ensuring political security, social order and safety in the maritime border area.

Pointing out some shortcomings and limitations of the Provincial Border Guard, the PPC’s Chairman suggested the Provincial Border Guard to focus on the work of building and rectifying the Party; strengthen the attention and support of the Ministry of National Defense and the Border Guard Command .

Making conclusion at the working session, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Thi Quynh Van highly appreciated the performance of the provincial Border Guard in recent times and asked the Provincial Border Guard to overcome shortcomings and learn from experience to better perform assigned tasks in the coming time.
