The Project of preschool education development for the period 2020 – 2025 in Quang Ngai

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just promulgated the Plan to implement the Preschool Education Development Project for the period 2020 - 2025.
The Plan’s objective is to consolidate and develop the network of preschools that suitable to the local socio-economic conditions, meeting the needs of going to school of children in the direction of standardization, modernization, socialization and international integration.
To improve the quality of nurturing, caring for and educating children following the regional and international preschool quality standards; to consolidate, maintain and improve the quality of preschool education for 5-year-old children; to develop preschool education for children under 5 years old.
To develop a preschool network, so that by 2025, at least 35% of children of preschool age and 95% of preschool children could go to school. The mobilization rate of children in non-public preschool institutions accounts for 25% or more.
By 2025, 100% of preschool children could be studied for the whole day at school; to maintain the rate of malnourished children at 0.3% per year, the rate of overweight children is controlled.
By 2025, the number of preschool teachers is enough as regulations; 100% of preschool teachers will reach the training qualification of preschool pedagogy upwards; 85% of teachers will reach the career standard, etc.
The rate of solid classrooms reaches 85%; at least 50% of preschools meeting national standards; at least 60% of preschools will meet the education quality standards.
