The plan of Digital transformation in 2023

The plan outlines a number of key tasks:

Accelerating digital transformation towards better serving people and businesses; Actively guide, provide good and timely service to people and businesses in using online public services; put OCOP products on e-commerce exchanges; promote cashless payments; promote the universalization of the entire population's digital identity/e-identification for people in the province.

Focus on building and perfecting the database system; seriously, regularly update data to the provincial reporting system to connect with the IOC Center; actively coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications in building, publishing and developing Open Data to connect, share and secure data; continue to promote the connection and interconnection of the province's administrative procedure settlement information system with the National Public Service Portal and the database and information system of relevant ministries and branches; synchronously deploying specialized databases;…

Coordinate with VOV Vietnam to deploy digital radio platform application in the province, ensuring that by September 2023, 100% of communes, wards and towns will apply and use this platform.

Select digital platforms suitable to the conditions of the province to organize deployment in the province; strengthen the implementation of communication and guide the exploitation and use of Digital Platforms (which have been deployed) effectively to serve the direction, administration and management of the sector and locality; at the same time, guide and mobilize people and organizations to participate in the use of digital platforms to accelerate digital transformation locally.

Strengthen the training and education for officials, civil servants and public employees on digital transformation to perform assigned tasks, in which special attention is paid to fostering and training skills in analyzing and exploiting digital transformation data for decision making and policy making; basic knowledge of digital transformation, skills in information technology application and information security; strengthen the universalization of digital skills for the Digital Technology Team of the community and the people.

The plan also requires promoting communication about digital transformation in enterprises; strengthen support for small and medium enterprises in Quang Ngai province to carry out digital transformation.

Strengthen inspection, urge and continue to carry out the task of developing e-Government towards Digital Government; continue to promote the implementation of the project on developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication for national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030.
