The field hospital of Quang Ngai province officially came into operation since August 11

The Field Hospital located at facility 2 of Binh Son District Medical Center has been completed and officially put into Operation since August 11, 2020, according to Mr. Nguyen Van Nam - Deputy Director of the Covid-19 Field Hospital. 
The field hospital was established on the basis of accepting general departments, clinical departments, subclinical departments, infection prevention departments ... and making use of all equipment of the Center, including ultrasound, blood test, X-ray, ventilator.
The field hospital ensures isolation, treatment for Covid-19 (F0 cases) infected patients and monitoring F1 cases.
According to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee, the field hospital has a scale of 100 inpatient beds, with 80-100 medical staffs and logistics and administration staffs. The hospital has the function of receiving, classifying emergency treatment of Covid-19 cases in the province.
It is known that till August 11, F1 cases with normal health are being isolated at facility 2 of Binh Son District Medical Center. They will be moved to the quarantine area of Dung Quat Industry College managed and operated by the People's Committee of Binh Son district.
