Testing Virtual Assistant Platform (AI)

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Letter No. 6044/UBND-KGVX giving comments on the pilot implementation of the Virtual Assistant Platform (AI) to serve people and businesses. 
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed on the policy of assigning the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies and units in, testing the Virtual Assistant Platform (AI) to serve people and businesses in 2022 as proposed by the Department of Information and Communications.
Based on the results of the trial, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee chaired and coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications to advise and propose the official implementation of the aforementioned Virtual Assistant Platform (AI) with the scope of " Support people to answer information about administrative procedures directly through the automatic switchboard" in 2023.
