Tasks and solutions to prevent corruption in 2024

The plan focuses on specific contents and solutions to strengthen leadership and direction on anti-corruption works as follows:

Promptly implement, concretize and strictly implement directives, resolutions and documents of the Central Government and provincial governments.

Regularly monitor the implementation of legal documents on anti-corruption in order to promptly detect and handle overlapping, contradictory, and illegal. 

Formulate and complete concretization of policies and laws in various fields, especially management of land, resources, minerals, auctions, bidding, management of public assets.

Strengthen the direction, orientation and provision of information and propaganda of anti-corruption according to Regulation No. 116-QD/TW dated July 28, 2023 of the Secretariat.

Educate the law on anti-corruption and the instructions of the Central Govenremnt and Provincial Committee on anti-corruption work for cadres, civil servants, public employees, units and localities in many specific forms and contents suitable to each propaganda object. 

Synchronously implement anti-corruption measures within the scope of management and responsibility.

Combine inspection and detection with strict handling in order to effectively prevent corruption of cadres, civil servants and public employees.

Improve the efficiency of inspection, anti-corruption work in the state and non-state sectors.

Resolutely handle violations of the law on anti-corruption and handle responsibilities of heads when violations occur in agencies, units and localities under their management.

Enhance the publicity and transparency of the organization and operation of agencies, organizations, units and localities, associated with the accountability of state administrative agencies. 

Supplement or replace documents, rules and regulations of agencies and units to ensure compliance with legal provisions and actual situation. 

Raise awareness and sense of responsibility of all civil servants, employees.

Organize the implementation of the plan on change of working positions right from the beginning of the year.

Implement regulations on control of income assets.

Strictly implement plans on administrative reform, and apply  science, technology and information technology.

Make non-cash payments for revenues and expenditures of great value. 

Improve the quality of inspection, settlement of complaints, denunciations, reflections to promptly detect violations.

Promptly handle complaints and denunciations of corrupt and negative acts.
