Students in the province will continue to take one week off from school

On February 28, Mr. Do Van Phu - Director of Quang Ngai Department of Education and Training said that the Department decided that students in the province could continue to take one week off from school, except high school students and students of continuing education under the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Specifically, students from preschool to junior high school will have one more week off and go back to school from March 9; high school students and continuing education students will return to school from March 2.
The Department also recommended that schools have to continue to strictly implement the process of preventing and fighting Covid-19 epidemic, ensuring safety for students and teachers when returning to school.
Previously, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai province organized online training at 15 bridges for high schools, education and training offices of districts and city on the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic.
On February 27, the Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha decided to adjust the time frame for the school year 2019-2020.Accordingly, the end of the school year will be before June 30; the National high school graduation exam is from 23 – 26 July 2020.
