Strengthening measures to ensure the upcoming Lunar New Year

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Directive 11/CT-UBND requesting the heads of departments, agencies and units, and chairpersons of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to strengthen measures to welcome Lunar New Year in 2023 warm, safe and economical in the province. 
They are requested to:
- Actively grasp and organize to strictly implement the content of the Directive of the Secretariat and the guiding documents of the State Government, Prime Minister, Central branches, Provincial Standing Committee on organizing and strengthening measures to ensure a warm, healthy, safe and thrifty Lunar New Year in 2023.
- Have a specific plan, arrange officials and employees on Tet duty, promptly handle and effectively deal with all arising tasks and situations; strictly implement the information and reporting regime during Tet holiday.
- Develop a specific plan and focus on implementing synchronously and effectively the solutions;
- Pay special attention to the work of ensuring national defense, security, social order and safety, and taking care of the material and spiritual life of the people, especially policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution, people in difficult circumstances, lonely people, poor households, people damaged by natural disasters, epidemics, people in remote and isolated areas, islands, ethnic minority and mountainous areas, workers, people laborers working in economic zones and industrial zones.
- Well organize visits and wishes for the New Year to wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, families with meritorious services to the country, revolutionary old cadres, Heroic Mothers of Vietnam, Heroes of the armed forces, soldiers, intellectuals, writers and artists, prestigious people among ethnic minorities, typical religious dignitaries, armed forces units, and standing forces on duty during Tet holidays, especially in islands, difficult areas, complicated areas in terms of political security, social order and safety.
The heads of agencies, units and localities are responsible to the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and competent authorities according to regulations if there is any law violation in their respective areas or fields.
