The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Letter No. 1749/UBND-KTN directing the strengthening of the management of activities and protection of minerals in the province according to Official Letter No. 2547/VPCP-CN dated April 14, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee. Government office. 
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, Transport and Finance, according to their functions and tasks, to be responsible for closely coordinating with specialized ministries to implement tasks at the request of the Office of the Government and advise the Provincial People's Committee on the contents according to its competence.
At the same time, the chairman assigned functional departments and branches to organize the implementation of specific tasks of the Provincial People's Committee in the above Official Dispatch of the Government Office.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the provincial socio-political organizations are requested to strengthen coordination, support in propagating and educating people and businesses to strictly abide by the law on the protection and exploitation of minerals.
