Speeding up the disbursement of public investment plans

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Letter No. 5697/UBND-KTTH directing to speed up the disbursement of the 2022 public investment plan and complete the investment procedures for new construction projects in the 2023 public investment plan. 
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities in urgently implementing a number of contents at the request of the Ministry of Planning and Investment on the accelerate the disbursement of the public investment plan in 2022 and complete the investment procedures for new construction projects under the 2023 public investment plan.
In case, new construction projects in 2023 have not yet completed investment procedures at the time of planning, urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee to have a written commitment to approve investment decisions of projects before December 31 2022 to report to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, the completion time is before November 14, 2022
