It will regularly check and review projects that are slow to be implemented, leave the land fallow, and weak investors are no longer able to implement the project to consider and decide to delay or withdraw the project according to regulations. determined.

The State Bank of Vietnam - Quang Ngai Provincial Branch strengthens the inspection, examination and supervision of credit granting activities for real estate investment and business; strictly control the quality of credit and loans for the real estate sector to ensure compliance with the provisions of law.

People's Committees of districts, towns and cities organize timely and serious implementation of legal regulations related to the real estate market; review, synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee to adjust and supplement the Housing Development Program and Plan in accordance with the actual situation of the locality.

They will conduct inspection and review of the approved real estate projects that are not implemented.
