Review and supplement information about Vietnamese citizens studying, working or residing abroad in the national population database

The Department of Education and Training reviews Vietnamese citizens going abroad for study, teaching, scientific research and academic exchange.

The Department of Home Affairs reviews cadres, civil servants and public employees who are sent to study, teach and do scientific research. Also, provide information, list and sort by country of residence.

The Department of Foreign Affairs reviews and provides information, members of representative missions (diplomatic missions, consular missions, representative offices of international organizations) and family members working and residing abroad; make a list and sort by country where you currently reside.

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs reviews Vietnamese workers working abroad under contracts; also, provide information, list and sort by country of current residence and classification of legal and illegal residence.

Provincial police shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant departments and local authorities in, directing district and commune polices to collect, update and supplement information about Vietnamese citizens studying, working, and studying, residing abroad into the national database on population at the request of the Ministry of Public Security.

The departments and agencies shall review and report the list by system and type of objects under their management to the Provincial Police before December 24, 2022.

Periodically, before the 20th of every month, they report the results arising in the month to the Provincial Police to summarize, update, edit and supplement information about Vietnamese citizens studying, working, residing abroad into the national database on population.
