Remove difficulties, promote production and export of forest and aquatic products

In the field of forestry, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to implement the project on developing linkages with production plantation forests in the province.

They actively coordinate and guide localities to implement models of afforestation in a sustainable way.

They review, develop planning and develop concentrated production material areas to suit the actual situation of the locality to ensure large-scale and concentrated production development, especially focusing on linkages development in the chain from forest development, forest protection, forest use to forest product processing and trade; manage, protect, develop and sustainably use forest areas and land areas planned for forestry development.

They will promote propaganda and mobilization of people and businesses to observe and strictly comply with current legal regulations; especially the provisions of the law on forestry, management and traceability of forest products, multilateral and bilateral trade agreements and international commitments on forestry.

Departments, departments, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities actively coordinate to remove difficulties and obstacles of enterprises in administrative procedures, land allocation, forest allocation, forestry planning and other issues.

The guiding content is related to procedures and policies to support the development of the forestry economy in the province.

In the field of fisheries, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development cooperates with agencies, units and localities to encourage, support and guide people to apply scientific and technical farming processes.

They ensure disease safety models such as water circulation shrimp farming, shrimp-fish polyculture to help improve the environment, limit disease, organic aquaculture, and encourage people to do aquaculture according to regulations advanced processes such as GlobalGap, VietGap, etc. to serve to promote the export of aquatic products to foreign markets.

Regarding fishing, they will continue to organize propaganda and mobilize people and businesses to well comply with the provisions of the law on combating IUU fishing and change industries reasonably and effectively, suitable to each locality and fishing grounds for fishing vessels that are operating inefficiently.

They strictly manage fishing activities through the fishing vessel monitoring system (VMS), grant fishing licenses on the basis of fishing license quotas, control fishing gear and fishing tools.

They organize training and refresher courses for captains, chief engineers and crewmen to improve the application of technical processes and advanced fishing equipment and to apply advanced science and technology in the fishing industry.

They focus on exploiting and preserving post-harvest products; improving the quality and value of post-harvest products; ensuring food safety for fishing vessels, living and working conditions of crew members in line with the trend of international integration.
