Regulation on management and use of non-refundable aid in Quang Ngai province

This Decision takes effect from November 1, 2022.

This Regulation stipulates the management and use of non-refundable aid that is not part of the official development assistance of foreign agencies, organizations and individuals for agencies and organizations legally established in Quang Ngai province with the purpose of socio-economic development, humanitarian assistance, not for profit or commercial purposes.

The Regulation also sets out the formulation, appraisal and approval of aid amounts, aid implementation management, financial management and tasks and responsibilities of relevant departments and agencies in the province.

Reportedly, since the beginning of the year, Quang Ngai province has received more than 40 billion VND from 22 foreign agencies, non-governmental organizations and foreign donors to carry out humanitarian projects/programs across the province.
