In the morning of October 19, Quang Ngai recorded 11 cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases in Quang Ngai from June 26, 2021 to present is 1,482 cases. 
Out of 11 new cases, 05 cases are people who have returned from Ho Chi Minh City with full doses of COVID-19 vaccine and isolated at home.
04 cases recorded in concentrated isolation areas.
01 case recorded in the blockade area in Phuoc Thinh village, Duc Thanh commune, Mo Duc district, related to patient 842791.
01 case is a medical staff at Hospital Treating COVID-19 patients (facility 2), detected through periodic testing for staffs serving FO treatment area.
