Recognizing communes to meet advanced new rural standards and new rural standards

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Decisions No. 437/QD-UBND recognizing Tinh Khe commune (Quang Ngai city) meeting advanced new rural standards in 2023, and Decision No. 436/QD-UBND recognizing Binh An commune (Binh Son district) meeting new rural standards in 2023. 
The Provincial People's Committee requires localities to organize ceremony to announce communes meeting new rural standards and advanced new rural standards.
Reportedly, as of March 2024, the whole province has 94/148 communes meeting new rural standards and 5/53 communes meeting advanced new rural standards.
According to the Plan, in the period 2021-2025, Quang Ngai province strives to have 31 more communes reaching the goal of building new rural areas. Also, by the end of 2025, the whole province will have 120/148 communes meeting new rural standards, including 53 communes meeting advanced new rural standards and 8 communes meting model new rural standards.
