Quang Ngai will organize the opening ceremony at one place with 50 participants

On August 31, Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Minh adjusted the opening form and issued the time frame for the school year 2021-2022.

Accordingly, Mr. Dang Van Minh agreed that the Department of Education and Training held the opening ceremony of the 2021-2022 school year at 7:30 am on September 5, 2021 with a scale of about 50 people, at Le Hong Phong Secondary School; not held at the bridge points of districts, city and educational institutions.

In order to ensure that the opening ceremony is held safely on COVID-19 prevention and control, the PPC’s Chairman assigned the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the Department of Health to organize testing for all attendees, students and the person serving the ceremony in the afternoon of September 4.

In addition, Minh requested not to organize a direct learning at schools on September 06; starting to organize teaching on September 13.

Regarding the form of teaching, the Department of Education and Training actively coordinates with the People's Committees of districts, towns and city to guide educational units and institutions to develop flexible teaching plans suitable to the actual situation of COVID-19 epidemic.

In particular, for localities that are applying specific epidemic prevention measures according to Directive 16 of the PM, Minh required to be fully prepared for online teaching and other forms of appropriate teaching until the local epidemic situation is well controlled.

For localities that have well controlled the COVID-19 epidemic situation, applying Directive 15 of the Prime Minister, they will organize concentrated teaching method.
