Quang Ngai speeds up vaccination progress

So far, 25.4% of people aged 18 and over in Quang Ngai province has received the single dose of COVID-19 vaccine and the people with double dose of vaccine has reached 9.8%. 
It is expected that the province will receive a large amount of vaccines in November 2021.
Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan asked the Department of Health to coordinate with localities to speed up the progress of vaccination against COVID-19 for priority groups in order to increase the vaccine coverage rate as soon as possible.
The priority groups include people with meritorious services to the revolution, the elderly, pregnant women, drivers, teachers, students, etc.
In the next weeks, it is expected that the number of people returning from epidemic areas in the southern provinces and cities will increase, the province’s leader asked 11 localities in the province to actively activate concentrated isolation areas (except Binh Son and Quang Ngai city) for these people.
