Quang Ngai records 12 cases of COVID-19 on September 15

Announcement in the morning of September 15 by the Department of Health, on the night of September 14, Quang Ngai recorded 12 more positive cases of SARS-COV-2 virus with 01 new case inside the community. 
Specifically, in 12 new cases, there is 01 case inside the community, named N.V.C, born in 1957, living in Cam Thanh street, group 1, Le Hong Phong ward, Quang Ngai city.
In the afternoon of September 14, this patient went to Phuc Hung Private General Hospital to check for pharyngitis. Here, he was quickly tested for COVID-19 before entering the general examination area of Phuc Hung Hospital. The rapid test result was positive for SARS-CoV-2. After that, the patient samples continued to be transferred to the Provincial CDC to run confirmation by PCR and the results were still positive for SARS-CoV-2. The Health Department is conducting tracing and identifying the source of infection of this case.
The remaining 11 cases are related to cluster of cases in NghiaAn commune, Quang Ngai city. In which, Pho Truong village has 09 cases, has been isolated at Nghia Dung Secondary School and Tan An village.
Since the outbreak in June 26, 2021, the province has recorded a total of 1,003 cases of COVID-19.
