Quang Ngai records 05 positive cases on September 28, 01 death

The Department of Health, on September 28, confirmed to record 5 more cases of COVID-19 and 1 death, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases in Quang Ngai from June 26, 2021 to now to 1,174 cases, with 06 deaths. 
In 05 new cases, 04 cases were detected through the first test in the blockade area of alley 38, Le Trung Dinh street, Nghia Chanh ward, Quang Ngai city. All are members of a family, including mother and 03 children (the father tested negative for SARS-CoV-2).
These new cases are related to a case of COVID-19 inside the community in Group 3, Chanh Lo ward (patient 746913, announced on September 26, 2021). Before September 26, patient 746913 lives at alley 38, Le Trung Dinh street, Nghia Chanh ward. The People's Committee of Nghia Chanh ward temporarily blocked the residential area of alley 38, including 16 households with 56 people.
The City Health Center has taken samples to test all people in this blockade area and has recorded 04 people in a family positive with COVID-19.
The remaining 01 case is a long-distance driver, living in Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City. On September 27, this driver passed the Tinh Ha medical checkpoint, Son Tinh district and was quickly tested with positive result. The patient was immediately taken to the Hospital for Treatment of COVID-19 Patients. There is no risk of community spread.
01 death is a male patient, 61 years old, in Pho Truong village, Nghia An commune, Quang Ngai city. He died at 23:55 on September 27, 2021 at the Covid-19 treatment hospital.
