Quang Ngai organizes OCOP Products Introduction Week in HCM City

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 81/KH-UBND to organize the Program "Introducion of Quang Ngai OCOP products” (the Program) in Ho Chi Minh City in 2024. 
The event aims to respond to the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", connect and expand markets for domestic goods and stimulate consumer demand.
The Program will also promote propaganda, introduction, and consumption of OCOP products, typical rural industrial products, and typical products of Quang Ngai province to the market of Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces and city in the area.
At the same time, the event will effectively implement the cooperation agreement in trade promotion activities under the socio-economic development cooperation program between Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Ngai province and provinces in the region.
Product display and introduction time will last for 7 days. It will take place in the third and fourth quarter of 2024, at the Export Showroom No. 92-96, Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Participants include enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives, trade promotion organizations in the province. They are also business households with registration certificates and establishment notices in accordance with the law.
The PPC assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade to call and mobilize businesses with OCOP products to participate in the Week.
