Quang Ngai encourages people to get vaccinated

The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has just issued Official Letter No. 817/UBND-KGVX directing the Department of Health and the People's Committees of districts, town and city to further promote and speed up vaccination again Covid-19 epidemic and mobilizing people to get vaccinated in time. 
Specifically, speeding up the 3rd dose of Covid-19 vaccine for people aged 18 years and over and complete in the first quarter of 2022; implement 2nd injection for children from 12 to under 18 years old.
To prepare all conditions in terms of facilities, equipment, storage facilities, locations and human resources to immunize children from 5 years old to under 12 years old immediately after receiving vaccines.
To immediately develop a plan and carry out the promotion of propaganda, mobilizing those who have not been vaccinated or have not been vaccinated; mobilize parents to send their children for timely vaccinations.
According to the provincial Department of Health, so far, the whole province has 98.2% of people aged 18 and over receiving 02 doses of Covid-19 vaccine; 3rd injection rate has reached 39.4%.
The number of children aged 12-17 who received 02 injections reached 96.6%.
