Quang Ngai changes medical isolation regulations to adapt to the new situation

On December 8, the provincial People's Committee issued an urgent dispatch No. 6637/UBND-KGVX on the implementation of medical isolation in the new situation, aiming to effectively control the Covid-19 epidemic in the province area. 
Accordingly, F1 with full dose of Covid-19 vaccine or at least 01 dose of vaccine over 14 days and recovered from Covid-19 within 6 months: implement isolation at home within 14 days; self-monitor health for the next 14 days; perform SARS-CoV-2 test by RT-PCR method three times.
F1 without Covid-19 vaccine: implement 14 days of medical isolation at home; self-monitor health at home for the next 14 days; perform SARS-CoV-2 test by RT-PCR method three times.
For people coming/returning from provinces and cities with high number of F0 such as: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An... and people coming/returning from high-risk areas (level 3, orange zone), very high risk (level 4, red zone), specifically:
People with full dose of Covid-19 vaccine or recovered from Covid-19 within 6 months: implement SARS-CoV-2 test by RT-PCR method on the first day of arrival/return in Quang Ngai and self-monitor health at home within 07 days.
People who have not received enough doses of Covid-19 vaccine: Test for SARS-CoV-2 by RT-PCR on the first day of arrival/return to Quang Ngai, implement isolation at home for 7 days; self-monitor health for the next 7 days; continue to perform SARS-CoV-2 test by RT-PCR method on the 7th day.
Those who have not been vaccinated against Covid-19: Isolation at home for 14 days from the date of return to the locality; self-monitor health for the next 14 days; perform SARS-CoV-2 test by RT-PCR method three times.
For people coming to/from areas with medium risk (level 2, yellow zone), low risk (level 1, green zone), specifically:
People who have had enough doses of Covid-19 vaccine or who have been cured of Covid-19: Self-monitor for 7 days from the date of arrival/return to the locality.
People who have not been vaccinated or have not had enough doses of Covid-19 vaccine: Self-monitor health at home 7 days from the date of arrival/return to the locality; limits community contact.
For those who directly enter Quang Ngai, specifically: If they have received full dose of Covid-19 vaccine and recovered from Covid-19, they have to implement concentrated medical isolation for 7 days; self-monitoring of health at home for the next 7 days; tested twice on the first and 7th days.
If they do not meet the above conditions, they have to implement concentrated medical isolation for 14 days; self-monitoring of health at home for the next 14 days; tested four times.
