Quang Ngai changes isolation measures for people who have been vaccinated against COVID-19

Quang Ngai province changes the application of isolation measures for people who have received a full dose of COVID-19 vaccine or have recovered from the disease. 
The province will apply measure of home isolation for 14 days for people arriving/returning from Covid-19 epidemic areas after being vaccinated of two doses of Covid-19 vaccine.
The second dose is given at least 14 days and not more than 12 months from the time of arrival/return to the locality.
For people who have recovered from Covid-19 epidemic, they must have a certificate of positive test for SARS-CoV-2 by RT-PCR method and have a certificate recovered from Covid-19 or hospital discharge.
They have to do the RT-PCR test three times on 1st day, 7th day and 24th day.
During self-monitoring, if having suspicious symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, loss of taste, smell, etc., they have to contact with the nearest medical units for assistance.
