Quang Ngai: About 101,000 students aged 12-17 need to be vaccinated against Covid-19

The Department of Education and Training is currently coordinating with the Department of Health to prepare plan of vaccination against Covid-19 for students aged 12 -17 years in the whole province

Director of the Department of Education and Training Nguyen Ngoc Thai said that, due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the teaching and learning activities are facing many difficulties. Currently, many localities are still organizing online learning.

Only 06 districts including Tra Bong, Ba To, Minh Long, Son Tay, Ly Son, Son Ha and the secondary schools of Tu Nghia district organize direct teaching.

According to statistics of the Department of Education and Training, currently, about 20,000 teachers and education staffs in Quang Ngai have been vaccinated against Covid-19 with a vaccination rate of 97%.
