Publicize administrative procedures translated into 04 languages

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 6223/UBND-TTHC dated December 7, 2022 on the publicization of administrative procedures of 09 provincial departments which were translated into English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese. 
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Information and Communications to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Foreign Affairs, to publicize the list and contents of 116 administrative procedures translated into 04 languages.
The Department of Information and Communication is responsible for sending documents and instructions links to agencies, units and localities to make public links. The publicity must be scientific, easy to exploit and easy to use.
Heads of departments, branches, provincial Radio and Television Station, Quang Ngai Newspaper and People's Committees of districts and communes actively and regularly propagate administrative procedures related to foreign investors, foreigners in appropriate and practical forms.
The Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks and related agencies organize direct supply to foreign investors and foreigners for administrative procedures under the scope and management of their units.
The Office of the Provincial People's Committee is responsible for closing and publicizing administrative procedures related to foreign investors and foreigners at the Provincial Administrative Procedures Service and Control Center to serve foreign investors and foreign people.
At the same time, they will monitor and urge the implementation, promptly summarize and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on implementation results.
The Department of Foreign Affairs is responsible for acting as the focal point and coordinating with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies to monitor, update and supplement the translation into foreign languages when administrative procedures change.
