They will develop a framework to evaluate the implementation of annual and 5-year socio-economic development goals at district level.

They will also review and propose adjustment of socio-economic indicators in the locality.

The Department of Planning and Investment shall assume the prime responsibility for, and synthesize the data of the Evaluation Framework in the process of evaluating the results of the annual socio-economic development.

On that basis, it will promptly propose and report to the Provincial People's Committee to direct the formulation, implementation, and additional assessment of results of implementation of socio-economic development plans as prescribed.

The Department will assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with other departments, agencies and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in enhancing the application of information technology in receiving and synthesizing data in the Evaluation Framework, ensuring the connection with each others.

They are requested to promptly serve the direction and administration of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; synthesize and propose to the Provincial People's Committee the adjustment and supplement of the Evaluation Framework in order to promptly meet practical requirements in management, direction and administration.
