Promote activities of applying advanced science and technology to production in enterprises

Provincial People's Committee has issued Plan No. 95/KH-UBND on implementation of Decision No. 259/QD-TTg dated February 22, 2017 of the Prime Minister approving “Project on innovation and modernization of technology in mining industry” until 2025” . 
The plan sets out key tasks:
Renewing and modernizing technology and equipment; innovating, applying advanced technology and equipment, with high efficiency, low environmental pollution and industrial modernization mining technology; eliminating outdated technologies and equipment in drilling, blasting, and rock breaking.
Innovating technology and equipment in the direction of applying advanced technology, equipment with large capacity, high efficiency, with a structure of continuous operation, flexible operation, eliminating old and outdated equipment in work loading and unloading, transportation.
Applying reasonable mining technology with large mining floor height; using modern equipment and large capacity, advanced technical solutions to improve the stability of the mine bank in order to increase labor productivity, lower product costs and improve safety.
Perfecting management mechanisms; applying modern management tools; rationalizing labor in order to increase labor productivity, reduce costs, improve production and business efficiency and productivity competitiveness of enterprises exploiting and processing solid minerals.
