PPC’s chairman urges to implement the Prime Minister's direction on Digital Transformation

Accordingly, localities and departments, agencies are requested to implement:

• Urgently and drastically implement tasks, ensuring the completion of assigned goals in Decision No. 03/QD-BCD dated June 7 /2023 of the Head of the Provincial Digital Transformation Steering Committee on promulgating the Plan to implement the year of digital data.
• Focus on developing, completing and putting into operation specialized software, information systems and databases; ensure completion and disbursement of allocated funds; soon put post-investment products into exploitation, contributing to improving the Digital Transformation index in 2023; promote connection, integration, and sharing of information and data according to regulations.
• Urgently deploy solutions to improve the efficiency of providing and using online public services, prioritizing essential public services related to investment, production, business and people's lives; cut down on intermediary steps and remove elements of records already in the databases of state agencies; complete online payment function for all online public services that collect fees and charges; pilot some services that do not accept paper documents; strengthen discipline and administrative discipline; publicize the results of assessing the quality of serving people and businesses in handling administrative procedures and providing online public services.
• Strengthen the implementation of information technology applications in document processing, work records, and personal digital signature applications, ensuring the rate of document processing and work records is met in Resolution No. 01/NQ -CP dated January 6, 2023 of the Government; complete the update of electronic identification codes of agencies and organizations serving sending and receiving electronic documents.
• Deploy and replicate typical models and continue to promote the role and improve the effectiveness of Community Digital Technology Groups at all levels on a regular and continuous basis; focus on perfecting the content of the instructions to ensure they are simple, intuitive, easy to understand, and easy to implement; promote communication, promote the spread of digital technology in industries, fields and in all aspects of social life.

Departments: Transport, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Education and Training, Health Propose priority tasks to implement digital transformation with the goal of developing the digital economy of industries and fields.

Department of Information and Communications preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to promote the dissemination of basic elements of digital society according to the guidance of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

The Provincial Statistics Department preside over and coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications and sectors and localities to measure the added value of the digital economy and measure the development of digital society.
